I don't know???

Right now Max jr is getting his summer tutoring. He really is enjoying it. He is also going to Challenger school for summer in the morning. He is doing a lot. I ran around this morning with taking Max, Rylee & Marquie to school. Came home, got nothing done but my garden and flowers watered and the turned around and picked them up. I did surprise the kids with Mcd's today. They were really happy. But at Mcd's I walked into the back to get a table, the kids were playing already, and some lady was screaming yelling!! Too loud I thought, I was going to go rescue the kid, but it turns out that the lady was yelling at another Mom, saying I'm in a stressful situation and my kids aren't perfect like yours... I really don't know what was going on but she was really out of control. The other mom told her she was embarrassing herself and that just got her even more mad. The crazy mom packed up there food and left. She should have just moved tables and calmed down. I hope I never get like that!!

So I am getting ready to straighten out my downstairs. The laundry room gets so messy so fast. The basement just seems to never get picked up. It drives me crazy.

This summer is turning out to be good though. I am busy with stuff, friends, kids activities. Lots of swimming. Right now Max is waiting to see if he gets a project for Royal Coatings. I really hope he gets it. It won't be much work for him, lots of supervising, but not a lot of hard work. But he should make some good money, enough to help us get through the job change. Anyway I'm rambling. I have some goals this summer I want to get done, I hope I can get them done. Really more than anything I want to start running again. My feet are getting better. They still hurt sometimes and I'm afraid that if I start again too soon they will get worse. I just hope I can run soon!!! It always makes me feel better!!!

Wow... what a trip

Well I just got back from our family trip. We went to Washington DC & New York. I LOVED DC!! I could move there tomorrow! I loved the history, the weather, the town, the people and the intrigue!!! It truly has a feeling there of American history and I could feel the passion that our ancestors had for a truly free America!! Now New York is a different story. I really didn't care for it. It was really dirty, and if you know me, I don't like dirt!! Anyway the people were OK, some were nice, other were rude!! I like the buildings and the architect of it all. The statue of Liberty was cool and Times Square was really amazing. I wish we could have stayed there a little longer. I didn't really get to see much of Central Park, but what I did see was really pretty. Did you know that there have been more than 200 movies made there in the park, the most recent was Spiderman 3. My highlight was Disney's Beauty & the Beast on Broadway. Madilynn and Max were just amazed with it. Both of there mouths were open watching the whole time!! Max jr really enjoyed it. Madi just loved Belle. I will add some pictures when I figure out how to do it.

It was a great trip the kids were great and I'm really glad I got to go. I think everyone should experience it at least once. New York was just a little too busy for my liking. Maybe I would go back if I didn't have 2 young kids. I would like to see other things there.

1st time

Today is the first day of my blog. My friend Allyson had a blog page and I love reading it. It's like a little sneak peak into her life. A lot of the times I can relate to her. So she told me this would be easy and here I go trying it. I hope to maintain this and have a fun time letting all of you sneak a peak into my life.
